Tveris Terms of Service
Effective from: 1 November 2026 Version: 1.1
Until 31 October 2026, version 1.0 applies. Version 1.1 differs from it only by the new clause 7.6.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms of service (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the use of the web service Tveris, available at tveris.app (hereinafter — the Service).
1.2. The Service is provided by RR Network SIA, registration No. 40203590624, VAT registration No. LV40203590624, registered address: Zirņu iela 3-5, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter — the Service Provider or we).
1.3. The User is any natural or legal person who has registered an account in the Service and uses it. If the User uses the Service on behalf of a legal person, they confirm that they are authorized to represent that legal person and to assume obligations on its behalf.
1.4. By registering for or using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, understand them, and agree to comply with them. If the User does not agree to the Terms, use of the Service is not permitted.
1.5. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Service Provider.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. Tveris is a meeting assistant service that provides the User with the following core features:
- calendar connection — the User can connect their work calendar; the Service periodically (approximately every 15 minutes) synchronizes calendar events, reading event titles, times, attendee names and e-mail addresses, and the organizer;
- meeting recording — an automated recording tool (bot) joins the User's video meetings according to the User's settings and records their audio;
- audio file upload — the User can manually upload an audio file for processing;
- transcription — recorded or uploaded audio is converted into a text transcript with speaker separation (diarization);
- artificial intelligence processing — using large language models, a short and a full summary, decisions made, action items, quotes with references to transcript passages, meeting type classification, and automatic speaker name assignment are generated from the transcript;
- adding context — the User can save additional context information (for example, a client profile), which is passed to the artificial intelligence tools together with the transcript during processing;
- e-mail notifications — the User receives notifications when the transcript and summary are ready.
2.2. Shared meetings. If several registered users of the Service participate in the same calendar event, a single recording is made, and the resulting transcript and summary are made available to each of those users in their accounts. The User acknowledges and agrees that in such a case the content of the meeting (the transcript, summary, and related information) will also be visible to the other registered users of that same calendar event.
2.3. The Service Provider may, at its own discretion, add to, change, or discontinue individual features of the Service, informing the User of material changes in advance within a reasonable period.
3. Account Registration
3.1. An account is required to use the Service. Sign-in takes place through a third party — an identity management service provider.
3.2. The User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date information during registration and not to disclose their account access credentials to third parties.
3.3. The User is responsible for all actions performed from their account. If the User suspects unauthorized access to their account, they undertake to inform the Service Provider immediately.
3.4. The Service is intended for persons who are at least 18 years of age and for professional or commercial use.
4. Consent to Data Processing and the Involvement of Third Parties
4.1. The User acknowledges that the operation of the Service inherently involves the processing of personal data and meeting content, including audio recording, transcription, and processing with artificial intelligence tools.
4.2. By agreeing to these Terms, the User expressly agrees that their data — including calendar data, meeting audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, and the context provided by the User — is transferred for processing to third parties (processors) acting on the Service Provider's behalf and on its instructions, falling into the following categories of service providers:
- cloud and hosting service providers;
- database service providers;
- identity management (authentication) service providers;
- automated meeting recording service providers;
- automated transcription (speech recognition) service providers;
- artificial intelligence (large language model) service providers;
- e-mail delivery service providers;
- product analytics service providers.
4.3. Detailed information about the purposes of processing, legal bases, retention periods, and data subject rights is provided in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
4.4. Some processors may process data outside the User's country or the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.
5. The User's Obligations Regarding Meeting Recording
5.1. The User acknowledges that meetings recorded by the Service may include persons who are not users of the Service and who have not agreed to these Terms.
5.2. The User is fully responsible for ensuring that the recording of a meeting is lawful. This means that, before recording, the User undertakes to:
- inform all meeting participants that the meeting will be recorded and that its content will be transcribed and processed with automated tools, including artificial intelligence;
- obtain all consents and permissions required for recording and processing by applicable law (including the data protection rules of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union), as well as by the internal rules of the meeting participants' organizations;
- not record meetings in which participants have objected to recording or in which recording is prohibited.
5.3. The Service Provider does not and cannot verify whether the User has fulfilled the obligations set out in clause 5.2. The User undertakes to compensate the Service Provider for all losses incurred in connection with third-party claims based on the User's failure to fulfil their obligations.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1. The User is prohibited from:
- using the Service for unlawful purposes, including covert surveillance or eavesdropping on persons without a legal basis;
- uploading or processing content that the User has no right to process;
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' data;
- disrupting the operation of the Service, including through an excessive volume of automated requests;
- selling, renting, or otherwise transferring access to the Service to third parties without the Service Provider's written consent;
- decompiling or reverse-engineering the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.2. In the event of a breach of the Terms, the Service Provider is entitled to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in accordance with Section 10.
7. Fees and Billing
7.1. The Service is provided for a fee in accordance with the current price list, as published at tveris.app.
7.2. Billing is based on completed meetings: the fee is calculated based on the number of recorded meeting hours in the relevant calendar month. In the case of shared meetings, a single recording is not counted more than once.
7.3. Invoices are issued once per calendar month, and are payable within 14 days from the invoice date.
7.4. If the User is more than 14 days late with payment, the Service Provider is entitled to suspend access to the Service until payment is made in full.
7.5. The Service Provider may change the price list by informing the User at least 30 days in advance. If the User does not agree to the changes, they are entitled to terminate the agreement before the changes take effect.
7.6. If the User has saved a payment card in the Service, the User authorises the Service Provider to charge each monthly invoice to that card automatically on the invoice date, through a payment service provider. The invoice is still sent to the User. The User may replace the card at any time in the Service settings, or withdraw this authorisation by writing to the Service Provider (Section 13); invoices issued after that are paid by bank transfer within the term set in clause 7.3. If a charge fails or the card issuer requires additional confirmation, the User is notified by e-mail and the invoice remains payable within the term set in clause 7.3.
8. Intellectual Property and User Content
8.1. All rights to the Service, its software, design, and trademarks belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8.2. User content — meeting audio, transcripts, summaries, the context provided by the User, and other materials submitted by the User or generated about the User in the Service — remains the property of the User (or the respective rights holders).
8.3. The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive licence to store, process, transform (for example, transcribe and summarize) user content and to transfer it to processors in the categories listed in clause 4.2, to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This licence does not include the right to use user content for other purposes without the User's separate consent.
9. Service Availability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the Service.
9.2. The User acknowledges that automated transcription and AI-generated summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Service's output is an aid, not an official meeting record, and the User must verify it before relying on it. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made in reliance on content generated by the Service.
9.3. The operation of the Service depends on third-party services (the categories listed in clause 4.2). The Service Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by interruptions to or changes in these third-party services, to the extent this is beyond the Service Provider's reasonable control.
9.4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider's total liability to the User for all claims arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount the User has paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or loss of data, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, in the case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence).
9.5. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights where the User qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of applicable law.
10. Term, Termination, and Account Deletion
10.1. The agreement enters into force upon account registration and remains in force for an indefinite period.
10.2. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by requesting account deletion — by sending a request to support@tveris.app or by using the functionality available in the Service, where provided.
10.3. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement or suspend access to the Service:
- immediately, if the User materially breaches these Terms (including Sections 5 and 6) or is late with payments as set out in clause 7.4;
- in other cases — with at least 30 days' prior notice.
10.4. Upon termination of the agreement, the User's data is deleted or anonymized within the periods and in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. Obligations that by their nature survive termination (including payment obligations, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations) remain in force.
11. Amendments to the Terms
11.1. The Service Provider may amend these Terms. The User is informed of material amendments at least 30 days before they take effect — by e-mail or through a notice in the Service.
11.2. If the User continues to use the Service after the amendments take effect, they are deemed to have accepted them. If the User does not agree to the amendments, they are entitled to terminate the agreement before they take effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
12.2. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia according to jurisdiction.
